The light receive unit is assembled with connector and opto-electric component packaged with photo diode and IC.Amp. The unit functions by changing the light signal received from the plastic fiber optic cable into and electric signal.

The unit is operated at single +3V and the input light signal is TTL compatible. The electric signal output from PD goes to to the IC.Amp. The light signal is coupled from the plastic fiber by a connector. The unit has high performance at low dissipation current, steady electrical output and efficient light coupling.
